Gift Voucher Rules

1. The voucher is valid only for www. begantilape.lt e-shop.
2. If the price of an item exceeds the value of the voucher, the buyer pays the difference in price.
3. If the price of the selected item is lower than the value of the voucher, the unused amount is non-refundable and does not carry over to the next purchase. We recommend that you choose an item as close to the value of the voucher as possible to maximise the value of the gift.
4. The voucher is not refundable or redeemable for cash.
5. Only one voucher can be used per order.
6. The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. After the expiry date, the voucher becomes invalid.
7. The voucher can be used by anyone holding this code.
8. Products purchased with a voucher can be returned in accordance with the normal return policy. Upon return, a new voucher will be issued for the part paid with the voucher. If the buyer has paid the additional amount with his/her own funds, this part will be refunded in cash.
9. Custom-made goods (e.g. with a name or an engraving) are not returnable unless they are defective or not as described.
