RETURNING GOODS:

We know that sometimes it can be difficult to choose the right size for your dog, especially when it is still growing.

So don’t worry, you can return each item* within 30 days of receiving the packaging.

Just follow these simple steps and conditions:

1. Items must still be unused and in their original condition and packaging
2. Items must be sent back with postage charges
3. Please contact us before sending back! We will guide you through the repayment process.

MONEY REFUND:
We will process your refund within 10-14* working days of receipt and adjust the credit to your original payment method. Once this is complete, you will receive an email. a letter from us. The credit will appear in another report depending on the issuing bank and the billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
A bank fee of € 5 applies for refunds by bank transfer.

*In peak season, the return process can take up to 20 working days.
